Tucson Quilt Fiesta 2014

It has been AGES since I posted on this blog and I apologize!  Will have some things of my own to show you soon.  I did do a New Member Challenge wall hanging for this show and got Honorable Mention.  If you would like to see that, go HERE. And here are some of the incredible quilts from the show!

The roses are all cross-stitched!

I HAVE to make one like this for my fighter-pilot hubby!

Fabric painted to look like tiles.  LOVE this!  Have to do it since I used to make tiles.  Just HAVE to!

an interesting use of felt

These blocks were fabric-painted and crayons were also used, then heat-set.  VERY pretty!

There were several white-on-white whole-cloth quilts but this one was satin.

The center medallion has tatted circles around it!

This was the raffle quilt...I didn't win, nor did anyone I sold tickets to.  Oh well! :-)
